Summer is the perfect time to reset, refocus, and rise. Train for next season, fine-tune your technique, or explore a new style just for fun. Now’s your moment to grow as a dancer outside of the usual routine. One great way is to set goals this summer as a dancer.

Step 1: Define SMART Goals

  2. Measurable – Track progres
  3. Achievable – Realistic for your current life
  4. Relevant – Aligned with your values
  5. Time-bound – Has a deadline

Step 2: Break Down into Action STEPS

Break big goals into smaller weekly or daily steps.

  2. What’s something you can do in 10 minutes to move forward?
  3. Realistic for your current life
